A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment/deposit has been received and confirmation has been issued by Asaan Rental.

The person making the booking must provide accurate information, including their name, contact details, number of guests, check-in/check-out dates, and any relevant event or function details.

The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all members of their group comply with these Terms and the rules of the property.

Asaan Rental reserves the right to request identification documents at check-in or at any reasonable time during the stay.

A booking confirmation does not automatically include any service, facility, meal, decoration, equipment, or amenity that is not expressly mentioned in the booking confirmation.

The applicable rental rate will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary depending on the property, date, number of guests, season, package, or other applicable factors.

Any advance payment required to secure a reservation must be paid within the specified period.

The remaining balance must be paid before check-in, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Asaan Rental.

Failure to pay the balance by the required deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation without further notice.

Additional charges may apply for extra guests, additional services, damages, excessive cleaning, or other services requested by the Guest.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

The cancellation period will be calculated based on the scheduled check-in date and time.

Cancellation requests must be made through an official Asaan Rental communication channel and should be received in writing.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method or by another mutually agreed method.

Any payment-processing, bank, payment gateway, currency-conversion, or other non-recoverable transaction charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law and disclosed at the time of booking.

Special promotional, discounted, group, corporate, event, or other specially negotiated bookings may have different cancellation terms if those terms were clearly communicated and accepted at the time of booking.

A failure to arrive (“no-show”) without prior cancellation will be treated as a cancellation made less than 15 days before check-in and will therefore be non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed by Asaan Rental.

Guests may request a change of their booking date.

No date-change fee will be charged for changing the booking date.

All date changes are subject to availability at the requested property.

If the requested new date has a higher published rental rate, the difference in price may be payable by the Guest.

If the requested new date has a lower applicable rate, any adjustment or credit will be handled at the discretion of Asaan Rental and communicated to the Guest before the change is confirmed.

A date change must be confirmed by Asaan Rental before it becomes effective.

Date changes cannot be treated as a cancellation unless specifically accepted by Asaan Rental.

Guests must follow the check-in and check-out times communicated for the relevant property.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

Guests may be required to provide valid identification at check-in.

The property must be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was provided, subject to normal wear and tear.

The Guest must not exceed the maximum occupancy or the number of guests included in the booking.

If the number of guests exceeds the number included in the selected package, an additional charge of PKR 1,000 per additional guest may apply, or such other rate as communicated for the particular property/package.

Additional guests may only be accommodated where permitted by the property and applicable safety/occupancy requirements.

Asaan Rental reserves the right to refuse admission or require additional guests to leave if occupancy limits are exceeded.

Events, parties, weddings, corporate functions, gatherings, commercial shoots, or other organized activities must be disclosed to Asaan Rental before booking.

Certain events may require prior written approval.

Asaan Rental reserves the right to impose additional terms, deposits, charges, security requirements, or restrictions for events.

The Guest must comply with all applicable laws, local regulations, safety requirements, and property rules.

Asaan Rental may terminate an event or booking if the activity creates a safety risk, causes unreasonable disturbance, violates applicable law, or breaches these Terms.

Asaan Rental may accept bookings through authorized agents, event planners, travel agencies, or other third parties.

Asaan Rental will not be responsible for promises, discounts, inclusions, facilities, refunds, upgrades, or other commitments made by an unauthorized third party that are not confirmed by Asaan Rental in writing.

Guests should obtain written confirmation from Asaan Rental regarding any special arrangements or inclusions.

Guests are responsible for any damage, breakage, loss, misuse, or destruction caused by themselves, their guests, employees, contractors, invitees, or event participants.

Guests should inspect the property upon arrival and immediately report any pre-existing damage or missing items to the property manager.

If pre-existing damage is not reported promptly, Asaan Rental may reasonably determine that the damage occurred during the Guest's stay, subject to applicable law and available evidence.

The Guest may be charged the reasonable cost of repair, replacement, restoration, or additional cleaning resulting from damage or misuse.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Asaan Rental is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

The following activities are prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Asaan Rental:

• Illegal activities of any kind.
• Possession or use of firearms or other prohibited weapons.
• Activities that create a significant safety risk.
• Activities that cause unreasonable disturbance, nuisance, or damage to the property.
• Any activity prohibited by applicable law.
• Any activity that violates the specific rules of the property.

Asaan Rental reserves the right to immediately terminate a booking, without prejudice to any other rights available under applicable law, where serious misconduct, illegal activity, or a material breach of these Terms occurs.

Individual properties may have specific rules regarding alcohol, tobacco, smoking, vaping, pan, gutka, chaliya, or other substances.

Guests must comply with the rules communicated for the particular property. Where a property prohibits such items, their possession or use on the premises is strictly prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms permits any activity that is unlawful under applicable law.

Unless expressly included in the booking package, food, beverages, decoration, lighting, sound systems, generators/power supply, drinking water, catering, entertainment, and other event-related services are not included.

Where a property has restrictions on outside food, beverages, water bottles, soft drinks, caterers, decorators, or other external vendors, those restrictions will apply and will be communicated to the Guest.

Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness during their stay.

Additional cleaning charges may be imposed where excessive cleaning is required due to misuse, parties, spills, waste, stains, or other unreasonable conditions, subject to applicable law.

Asaan Rental reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate a booking where reasonably necessary because of:

• Violation of these Terms or property rules;
• Illegal or unsafe conduct;
• False or misleading booking information;
• Exceeding permitted occupancy;
• Failure to pay amounts due;
• Serious damage to property;
• Unreasonable disturbance or nuisance; or
• Circumstances beyond Asaan Rental's reasonable control.

Where a booking is terminated because of the Guest's material breach, the Guest may not be entitled to a refund, subject to applicable law.

Individual properties may have additional rules relating to: Smoking; Alcohol; Food and beverages; Music and noise; Swimming pools; Events and parties; Outside vendors; Pets; Parking; Security; Fire safety; Occupancy; and Other facilities.

Such property-specific rules form part of these Terms when provided to the Guest before or at the time of booking.

Asaan Rental will not be responsible for failure or delay in providing accommodation or services where caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, epidemics/pandemics, major utility failures, fire, or other events that make the property unsafe or unavailable.

Where a booking cannot reasonably be honored due to such circumstances, Asaan Rental will communicate available options, which may include rescheduling, alternative accommodation, credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Facilities, amenities, furniture, landscaping, utilities, or services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, weather, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond Asaan Rental's reasonable control.

Asaan Rental will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every facility unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Guest information may be collected and used for booking administration, payment processing, identification, customer service, security, legal compliance, and other legitimate business purposes in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection laws.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Asaan Rental will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from a Guest's stay or booking.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability arising from fraud or other matters for which limitation is prohibited by law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the relevant property is located, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith communication. Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be referred to the competent courts or dispute-resolution forum having jurisdiction under applicable law.

By completing a booking, making a payment, checking into a property, or using a property managed by Asaan Rental, the Guest acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review these Terms and agrees to comply with them.

Asaan Rental reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. The Terms applicable to a booking will generally be those provided to or accepted by the Guest at the time of booking, subject to applicable law.
